  Very good customer service. I had a faulty product and received a quick and easy full refund. Dan was the sales assistant who helped me, he made what would normally be quite an uncomfortable interaction very easy.

  A joke of a branch. The team headed by Andrew Jones (the chap who looks about 15) are not only rude but do not agree to work to their head offices returns and refund policy. Save yourself the issues and use the Bradley Stoke branch, much more helpful than these clowns.

  Excellent customer service. Ordered a coffee table, and without hesitation the advisor offered to carry it to my car for me!

  Brilliant customer service. Sam the store manager couldn't have done more to help. I had a very complicated order which she delt with brilliantly. Thank you for taking the stress out of birthday present shopping :)
