  Not impressed with staff attitude and customer service, being refused a return even though the product was unused and then accused that I had broken the item just so they could keep my money. After finally getting refunded on 1/2 of my items they were very rude, won't be shopping at this Argos again.

  Argos is offering a service they can't deliver. Today is the second time I have paid for late night delivery and they did not even show up. Last month, I placed an order and it was not the delivered the same day even though I paid for same day delivery. The same thing happened last night, I waited for two orders of ink for my printer which I urgently needed it due to an important interview in the morning and guess what, they did not show up again. A piece of advice to Argos, It is better to under promise and over deliver than to over promise and under deliver. If you guys know that the delivery slot option or the late night delivery is too much for the company to handle then stop offering that service. It is really that simple.

  I ordered a product on the Saturday, intending to collect Sunday. The reservation email said they are open until 16.30 on Sundays. We don't visit often and I did not question this was wrong. We arrived in the car park at 3.50, there was confusion as to whether we had to pay for parking as the machines were in various conditions, some covered in black bags etc. We approached the doors and found all but one locked, I tried to open this door and the man tutted and patronisingly told us we had three minutes. I said it says 4.30pm online. He said its says 4.00pm. I paid for our reservation, and then returned to him to show him the email sent from Argos regarding my order. He made no apology, just said he'd change it. Won't return to the store again. I was belittled, and accused of lying in front of other people when I did nothing wrong. If I had known it was earlier closing I would have arrived earlier. I'm away after today and my child needed the outfit for W.Book day. The person could have discussed with me, rather than cutting me off! It is the responsibility of Argos to manage its information, not mine!!! I kept my end of the deal and arrived to collect my reservation within the specified time.

  Excellent service, great staff and very quick at what they do, one thing that got me was the machines as for they are very hard to navigate through as the are very slow, still a great shop!

  Really bad customer service and return policy. They are rude and they seem to base their service on the profits not the customer.
