  This store is a highly disappointing one as i was made to feel like a liar by these 2 members of staff. They have absolutely no idea what what customer service means, the supposed manager is nowhere to be seen or spoken to. What a load of shambles. Itslikea bunch of sad acts running the show.

  Quick and easy, they have replaced the old chunky touchscreens with new faster ones

  Argos isn't a place I would go to buy things straight up unless it was jewelry or gift cards, I usually order online then collect it upfront which is easier for me.

  Around Christmas time they have no strategy!! I was surrounded by more than 50 people all waiting to receive their items, whilst watching the argos staff rummaging around with wads of receipts in their hands. Understandably, it is the busiest time of the year, but regardless they should be more prepared. Even during the quieter times of the year, the service is slow. They need more staff in this store, for sure, but I do not often have to return items, and if I do, the staff are usually polite!

  Absolutely disgusting experience we had today in Argos streatham. Bought an iron, my wife didn't like it, went back to return but there was an unreasonable and refusal of return. For those who want to buy irons from Argos please be advised if you'll try the item and don't like it, in Streatham they will refuse return for the amazing reason that you use it so no return accepted after 2 days we bought it. I went in a different store in Balham and a nice lady gently take it back and make the return So please be advised!
