  Great value for money. Room was a good size well equipped,clean and tidy.Staff were friendly and attentive without being overbearing. Happy to stay again

  Worst experience I have arrived to a mouldy/ damp room. I’ve just been told to call ICE Rewards, if I’m unhappy. ICE REWARDS have failed to assist and have also hung up the phone after the request of a superior. This a shambles no one seems to know what to do on either end. With no manager present.😡🤬😤 DO NOT STAY HERE !!! Worst experience ever and don’t call ICE REWARD as the Refund Enquiry team is no help at especially 😑🤯🤬😡😡😤
