  A big focus on the "lake" in the centre, although it's just a big pond with a couple of fountains and lots of Canada geese. At time of writing this, there are lots of office buildings empty which can feel somewhat "eerie". Marking it down because the walk around the lake is the ONLY safe walk possible; the remainder of the whole estate is geared up for fast-moving motor vehicle traffic, and the absence of or sudden disappearance of a footway is not pleasant for ordinary humans moving on foot. I'd bet that there are some people who will love this place: they have no intention of walking around and the "artificiality" will not concern them.

  Great park to work on, plenty of facilities and free events during the summer. The lake is a lovely place to relax during your lunch break so long as you don't make the swans mad!

  Decent business park, with a lake in the middle of the park. Also has various events on around the year

  Just needed to park for 5 minutes... Good parking spot...
