  Absolutely shocking service!! Stay well clear of this place. The garage had fraudulently stamped my service book without a service being carried out on the car!! They had no records of the service ever taking place but was stamped freshly in my book for the exact mileage the car was bought at. Later found out it hadn't been serviced at all !! After numerous phone calls and complaints Arnold Clark continuously refused any compensation or a free service, they tried to blag it as an admin issue !!!! Stay well clear. Would give it minus stars if I could.

  Friendly staff really helpful and polite. Made my visit easy and they happily answered all my questions. Would recommend.

  Never go there. I bought car there VW. had such a bad experience probably will never use Arnold Clark again. very rude customer service. Been promised by Steven Wilson (sales man) that i will get mats in the car. Sent him many emails and tried to phone him but no reply. Spoke to the used car manager he hanged up the phone i was explaining issue to him. very very rude customer service. Please do yourself a favour never use this branch. In the end emailed to their head office and threaten them that i will be taking this issue to citizen advice as i had all emails records and a email from their sales man that i will get free mats. Got call next day from branch manager and got delivered car mats after 3 months delays. Wasted 3 months just trying to get car mats which were promised to me before car sale. >>> If you got free time to argue and have no life then go to this branch otherwise try somewhere else.
