  Went in my lunch hour and waited patiently whilst another customer came in after me and got served before me.It really wasn't busy and I could see other staff milling behind in the background.So finally I had to ask for help and the guy (who seemed glued to his chair) with much disinterest told me they couldn't help me, it was a basic electrical part. Maybe I should have purchased from a website.

  Appalling customer service. I don't enjoy being yawned at, wandered away from when the shop assistant is bored of helping and being treated as if it's a chore to serve customers. Plus despite a large selection on display nothing was in stock. I will not return.

  Superb knowledge, service & price - Alon is a star. Explained to Alon what I wanted to achieve, he found a solution to each problem, multiple times I had to exchange items (my fault) and he was always courteous and helpful. I would have no hesitation using them or recommending them.
