  Staff on kiosk allways to busy talking to each other tom very ignorant unless other managers are about

  Good level of stock. Staff are usually nice and helpful, unless you come across an online shopper collecting for an online order. They are incredibly rude. Probably because they know they don't have to help regular shoppers, they just get in the way and don't care if they push their cart straight into you.

  Great supermarket with plenty of selection, lots of parking spaces. Cafe food is very nice. Staff are usually helpful on the shop floor, however self checkout staff can be slow to respond, and are usually stood around chatting. Overall it's a great place to shop when it's not busy.

  Called in today with Mum. Haven't been in for years. Store has gone downhill. Wandering lost souls around the store. Staff around store were miserable. Cafe was awful. Checkout in the middle causing confusion for customers. Coffee in paper cups was cold and was the pizza which tasted like cardboard served on cardboard with plastic utensils. Layout of dining area was chaos and tables were filthy. Staff in cafe were unhelpful. Think it will be a few years before we return, if ever.
