  I've been shopping there for ten years and the standards have dropped over time. The shelves on the soft drinks row are flithly and some busted cans or bottles have left molde which hasn't been cleaned up. The last three times I've been to the checkout I've been expected to pack my chicken in meat packs myself while having no help packing anything else by three different members of staff. All the positive energy goes into catching shoplifters they don't care about customer service. They need a overall of new staff and get some of that deadwood out.

  A nice Asda but don't believe the hype. It lacks the style of Asda Rochdale, the warmth of Asda Pilsworth and the character of Asda Oldham. I will go again but only if I need to do some shopping.

  The Asda store in bury is going downhill rapidly. I have been shopping there for years. The staff are absolutely miserable there is never any bags if you have forgotten your own. Today i had to buy a freezer bag at the scan your own checkout. If you ever need help on the serve yourself you have to stand there like a lemon until the staff stop talking. The last fathers day i went in a dew days before for a present. There was no section with fathers day gifts yet there was a whole isle for Eid.
