  Some people are rude who work there while others are really lovely. There was a woman who served me today an was nothin but rude they really need to look at the staff an ask how they are with people but as i said there are some lovely people there and i would recommend this shop to anyone

  Visited the kiosk and stood inline whilst one member of staff despite a queue chatted with her friend and the other member of staff was texting whilst serving. On a previous visit the same member of staff texting was eating crisps as well as texting. I said to her "If i did that in my job id be sacked " her reply whilst laughing was "So would i"....says it all really

  Don't go near the store, they'll give you a £40 parking fine just for visiting the shop. You have lost my custom and I'm telling everyone I know to never shop at ASDA ever again.

  What lovely staff and excellent customer service we received today at Asda Cafe so helpful from counter to cleaning staff nothing was too much trouble ! Thank you

  I am not a usual Asda shopper and local is Hunts Cross but they've stopped stocking Tinned Dole Pineapples in Juice and more recently Fiat's Milk. Called Asda Hutton who not only assured me they had the pineapples but also aisle they were in. Just been up there and noticed that they do goats milk too. I purchased 12 tons of pineapple in 2 cartons. Got to car and was struggling to open bag and put carton in when lovely chap called Wayne came over and put both cartons in bag for me, all with a smile and friendly chat. Well done Wayne - look after him Asda
