  Would be great if they actually had enough tills open at one time and if staff had a sense of urgency. I queued for 30 minutes the other day to pay for my shopping because the woman was so damn slow

  Online shopping orders are ALWAYS damaged, incorrect, items missing. Substitutes can be up to 50% of your order. Their stock management is absolutely rubbish. I made a complaint - I got a stock reply and the offer of £10. I ordered thousands of pounds worth of online groceries in just 5 weeks. They couldn't give a hoot... Tesco is around the corner... easy choice.

  Just had the worse shopping experience for a long time queued and loaded shopping only to find card machine didn't work helpful checkout lady and gentleman voided the sale and the gentleman escorted me to customer service to pay after waiting again for 10 mins whilst customer services dealt with a difficult return was told in no uncertain terms that I was queuing on the wrong side and should be over the barriers back in the store where I had already been shopped queued and all I wanted to do now was pay . felt I was given no alternative if I didn't want to waste more time than to unload my pack bags and leave. Went to tesco instead and on the plus side spent 8 pounds less.

  Love this Asda! It’s always tidy and neat, the staff is very friendly and the prices are low!
