  I go to shop at Asda at least once a week for the past few years, however I dont think I will be doing that anymore. We always had problems now, we got a fault product and we imedatly on the same day came back to ask for a refund as there was a fault with our product, however the person at the customer service desk refused to give us a refund even thought the product had faults, and then called the security guards on us when we never was aggresive, never swore or did any harm or violence. she refused to give us a refund so we asked for a number we could ring to deal with the faulty product, however she even refused to give us a number we could ring and told us to leave when there was obviously a fault with the product and we returned it on the same day we bought it. She called the security guards and forced us to leave, I felt extrmely offended as I had done no harm nor was I being rude I just wanted a refund and she refused and even refused to deal with us. In the end we did find a number online and called and explained about it and we did get a refund and an appology about that worker. Which I was pleased about however I also found for a while there are staff who are not quite nice and with poor customer service, as a saw a staff who were putting items on the asiles who were talking together and were talking about hating the job here and then one pointed her finger to her head and was like she "shot" herself with her hand like she wanted to be dead here and joking and laughing about it.... as a customer I felt very uncomfortable hearing it and dont think I would be coming in as oftern as I use to...

  Close to city centre. With a wide range of products for all you household needs. They have a pharmacy along with all the other amenities you would expect from Asda superstores just a shame some of the staff are rude and think it is ok to swear at customers. Absolutely horrified at the manner in witch me and my partner where spoken to. Shopping at Tescos Hampton from now on.

  Typical asda really. Nice big car park that's also good for use to local shops and city centre. Has a decent cafe for quick bites or even a meal. The down fall has to be the self service machines, so so so slow and the store assistant isn't the sharpest tool in the world.

  A good less expensive store affordable nice store lots of food very big look nice at night time or when it gets dark you can buy lot thing like 🍞🍎🍏🍊🍅🍌🍈🍉🍒🍓🌷

  I shop here weekly and find the staff to be the most helpful of any other supermarket around. Customer services are brilliant and will try to resolve any issues quickly. Click and collect at this store is a very slick automated operation which is much quicker than waiting in a queue for service. Even though the store is not the largest supermarket in Peterborough it stocks a huge range of products which are generally either cheaper or price matched. Well done Asda! (And no, I don't work here!)
