  I'm sure it's a good store ! But one of head security (one the Indian man) Sir your rude ! Wanted to fight me inside their store because 'I asked him not to stare at me as I felt his being rude' yes he invited me inside to scuffle it out! I quote 'this is my store , come inside let's fights' I should be seeking compensation for your 'threats' actually! This happened last year and yes that's how annoyed I am !

  Very good selection of item's. Improvement on food quality also asda guarantee to be cheaper than other super markets (no Aldi and Lidl). Free parking any time so you dont need to rush. Really good place i wish if it was even bigger like extra floor

  I was shocked at the near absence of frozen vegetarian options and total no show of any vegan possibilities. Despite there usually being a good array in my, more local, much smaller store (Kingston) they are currently out of meat free mince so I came especially to get some. I was also very surprised to see no eco cleaning products nor Asda own brands of liquid washing powder... The array of choice of pasta sauces was awful, too. The store felt like it was back in the dark ages.

  Good range & a big store with lots of variety, the world aisle is very good with Polish, Turkish, Irish & Imodium foods. Great range of rice at the Indian world aisle. They also have a Polish counter with fresh Polish meat plus a chilled Polish aisle. The only thing they run out of stock quickly & especially for items on offer (which they don’t replenish quickly). PS. Beware of the short little African guy at the deli counter. He has tried to get personal with me several times & Last time he was packing the meats for the day to be reduced & opened the pack I asked for & added a “sausage” in it to be weird. Keeps telling me “you take care”. I feel very uncomfortable around him. I avoid him now & told management.

  So I bought some food that I wanted to return. No problem, I came straight back within a few minutes. Then, I was told by the lady at the customer service desk that she can't give me my money back because it's after 10pm. The issue here is that Asda will not accept chilled food items after 20 minutes, which means I will not be able to return it at all. Obviously the clerk behind the desk does not control company policy, so I left it at that. And there we have it. After 10pm anything you buy turns into a pumpkin and cannot be returned until 7am the next morning. And unfortunately, you can't return some items after more than 20 minutes, so if it's after 10pm, you're SOL. Something to bear in mind. And going there at around 4am is an experience to behold. Entire aisles blocked off, boxes and food items strewn all over the floor as the shelves are stacked.
