  Not very good place to visit. Staff needs to show more courtesy.. weekend evenings are horrible.. Trolleys are based miles away from parents parking..... However good thing is prices are cheaper as compared to other ASDA,s , especially around festivals times...

  Good & Bad at the same time - Some of the staff is really good and since it is near to where I live, I prefer going there. However, today, I had to wait for very long for someone to give me pizza base. Then a guy came from the backside, and said plainly, you will have to wait two minutes whilst doing some random some. He then did something on the hand held devices and packed me the pizza base. He did this without gloves and without even washing hands. I complained to the floor manager or customer manager. he said that they are not supposed to wear gloves and that is actually more unhygienic ... but, he admitted that he should have washed the hands at least ........... i said, i don't feel like coming here again and he didn't seemed too bothered to make the things right ..... well, maybe he was from inside but I didn't felt that .... so in summary, it is a reasonable place to shop with some good staff but remember lower price means a big compromise on the quality

  Massive store with all necessities under one roof. Groceries, home appliances, harware, clothing, footwear, pharmacy, asian spices. Separate section for halal fresh and pre-marinated meat. Plenty of deals all the time. Easily available free parking for 2 hours.

  As supermarkets go ASDA has pretty much everything. A true one place shopping experience and even has fuel.

  Bought 3 duvets which all turned out to be of bad quality/damaged. The threading was coming loose on them and the filling of the duvets clumped up inside. According to one of their customer service members 'nothing could be done about it' despite all 3 of the duvets being faulty just because I had thrown away the packaging and misplaced the receipt. I threw away the packaging of these duvets as soon as I opened them because they were plastic wrappings which would only open by ripping apart, so why would I keep these ripped open plastic bags??? I didn't expect such bad quality otherwise why on earth would I buy 3 so confidently despite them being full priced.
