  The store itself is good but expect major grief if using the self checkout tills, they often stop scanning and nearly always detect imaginary items in the bagging area. When staff eventually stop chatting garbage to each other and intervene they are often quite rude. If the store had more manned tills we wouldn't have to use your awful self checkout so stop blaming the customers.

  They need to open more checkouts , they seem to want to push you into useing self scans , not like Morrison's or Tesco where there are plenty of checkouts open

  Staff very plesent and obligent.no trouble at to tell you where thing's are when you can't find them.its agreat superstore.

  Usually well stocked and offers good range, as you would expect. Self service tills are temperamental, but most staff are aware, attentive and helpful.
