::Terrible company with even worse customer service. I paid over £400 to have my BMW alloys diamond cut and the finish went bad after a few months. They must have broken one of the centre caps when removing as when I picked the car up there was expanding foam all over it. over 6 months later the remnants are still there - please see photo. To top this all off, whoever put my wheels back on put the bolts in squint and has threaded the hubs, one of which I had to have replaced by BMW at a considerable cost! After numerous phone calls with no reply, I wrote the owner Raj an email, his response was "I'm not buying any of this" and "It's just wear and tear". How about that for customer service in the 21st century! I certainly won't be using this company again and I recommend you avoid if you are considering. Your work will come with absolutely no guarantee whatsoever.

::My "jolly adventures" with AS started a year ago when I was looking to fix a cracked bumber in my car. I sent an enquiry using their website but didn't receive any answer. After another contact, I was told I need to come to find out wether they would be willing to undertake a repair. I arrived spot on time but no one knowledgable was available to check my car. I was told that someone will come in about five minutes. So I waited. And waited. After over 10 minutes, when I asked if someone is coming, I received the same answer. I took nearly 20 minutes from my arrival to finally see a person who could provide me with an estimate (I would like to add here that although there was a sofa in the reception, it was occupied by staff members happily chatting and having banter and absolutely not noticing that there is a client waiting...). When I asked about possibilities to fix my bumper, the man said it can't really be fixed although they could do that but it wouldn't last too long. Then he proposed to replace the whole bumper, giving a price (without doing any checks with supplier etc.) that was about twice as high as second-hand parts I was able to find. The final costs would be almost double the price of a new bumper as it would have to be painted. The price was simply ridiculous. At least I was given some alternative options I could try. When a few months ago my car got damaged, I decided to give AS another chance. I got in touch with them on several occassions and the average response time was one week. At some point it took so long for them to reply, that I simply resigned. Bu then, after approximately two weeks of silence, I received a phone call. Based on a voice in my phone, I think they didn't like when I said that I had already forgotten about the whole thing and might get back to them later. I never did but a week later I received another call and finally booked a repair. I only did so because I was able to secure the money from the insurance. When asked how long will it take to fix what had been described as an "only a small chip", the lady said she'll find out and get back to me, which she did. The anser was up to two days. That didn't sound too bad, but when I was dropping off my car, I was advised it will take up to four days now and I will receive a call when the job is done. This however never happened and I was forced to call them again, use their magic automatic system that told me to pick option "three" only to be redirected to the reception which in turn redirected me to someone else, who was finally able to advise me that my car should be ready later on the same day...

::Autosphere repaired & resprayed my Lotus Elise(fibreglass) front clam after another body shop did a poor job. Scott Anthony and Autosphere did a first class job of the bodywork, providing an all round fantastic service. I would unreservedly recommend Scott & the team. A different class to any other bodywork repair business I have dealt with.
