  Fantastic.Welcoming. professional. Brilliant experience . I only bought a cheap and cheerful trade in from the back of the car park. And was treated as if I was as important as anyone else. Will go back when replacing the wife's car . Thanks Jack and top mechanic for smooth and helpful transaction.

  Awful service. Went to view a car and was told I couldn’t test drive until I was sure I wanted to purchase??? Queried this and was told it’s normal practice in all garages, which after visiting another 3 that day is clearly not the case. Was told to go to a Mercedes main dealer and test drive the car and then if I liked it to go back to them???😂😂😂 Absolute joke of a garage and the worst customer service!

  The moment we arrived to view the car I was interested in, I got the first impression of how clean and well presented the whole site was. The experience thereafter did not fail to disappoint either, from viewing the car, to the finance, to the test drive, all went without a hitch, we were so impressed, we went down 2 days later and got another car for my Daughter. Definitely recommend for clean and lovely cars and polite and helpful staff 5*

  Very happy with my vehicle and the service from auto choice.. Couldn’t of been any easier and I was able to drive away the same day I picked my car.. would definitely go back in future.

  Excellent service, Karl was very helpful with everything and all straight forward couldn’t of gone to a better place, And was able to test drive the car first, highly recommend to anyone, seen the car I liked and was able to drive it home with in a hour and no problems,. Emma
