  Awful firm. Poor knowledge and support of staff. Unhelpful to clients. Health and safety team hasnt a clue. People cascading out from the firm and its no wonder. Absolutely avoid.

  My immersion tank hot water stop working first guy to visit press the reset button / that will do mate, 10 mins later back to square 1 here comes second guy change a element in the tank I should of known better when he said see how that's goes.. and goes it did never bloody work what a shocking company

  Do not use them. Horrible service and rude staff. They need to be shut down!!

  Still withholding my £25, erasing complaints & deleting tweets. With 6 repairs outstanding will be monitoring them all and will either come to your office in person to get compensation for appointment missed or do small claims court and then you will be paying the £300 court fee on top

  This repair etc.was not of tenant's doing. The very large water tank above w.c./bathroom sprang a leak causing damage to wood work and the wall of the room. Operator arrived within time envelope :- 11.00 --17.00( left at 16.15) Did not know of what had to be done. Was taking place of sick operator who knew of job. Asked about something that was already known by AXIS. Was not able to complete the work. Various unsuitable dates were offered. The job will possibly be finished in just over a months time. Company seems to be disorganised.
