  I went for a colour, cut and blow dry. Had to point out the really obvious patches of grey after a colour, and the hairdresser tried to persuade me it would be fine once dried... no ... it will still be grey. She did redo it, but expected me to leave with a large brown stain a couple of centimetres down from my hairline all over my forehead. When I pointed it out she just said it will come out next time you shampoo your hair. I said I didn't really want to walk around like that, she gave it a good scrub, then when it was a slightly more faded brown stripe over my forehead she said alright now? She had no idea how to dry my curly hair without turning it into the complete frizz ball, and the cut is nothing like I asked for and not particularly pleasant. The other hairdressers may be better, but I would not go anywhere near this place again.
