  Went there today with the hottest head in the world, id broken the connection on my hard drive and thought id lost all of my final year dissertation work, 2 weeks before my deadline! after looking online and everywhere quoting around £100 i came here after coming to terms with the price id have to pay. got there, the man was so nice and friendly and this helped me collect myself (didnt manage to catch his name but he saved my life!) did the job in about 10 mins and had great advice for backing up work, cost me £20! absolute angel and i cannot recommend this place enough, super helpful and friendly!

  My laptop logged me out a couple of days ago for no reason so I researched if there is a computer repair shop that has good reviews. I found B2k has received many position and genuine reviews. I used to go to one computer repair shop (not impressive but done the job) but I wanted to give B2k a try. It did not disappoint me. I left my laptop to the gentleman in the shop at lunch time and got it back at the end of the working day. The service was very present and job well done with reasonable price. I knew this independent shop did not rip me off which is a main thing for me. Well done! Highly recommended!

  Best in Nottingham! The person(not sure if he is the boss or not) who handled my laptop is very patient, professional and explained every details to us. I secretly hope for my devices to break often just to visit him. 😂 he's too nice!!! And ofcourse affordable price!! BEST!!

  Good friendly service, happy to chat with you! Very quick turn around and a decent price. Usually wouldn’t feel comfortable going into independent repair shops but this one is superb!

  I have been to B2K a couple of times now but I have always managed to forget to write a review but since they kinda did miracles to fix my laptop this time I guess it is time to do it. The service is fast, they know what they are doing and they make sure you get the best cost-effective solution for your problem. They are friendly, professional and most importantly they charge FAIR prices. Simply put, the best customer service I have ever experienced!
