  Terrible experience, unprofessional. I already had a mortgage in principal and they tried to force me to get an appointment with their advisor. And then when I made an offer on a house they didn’t bother keeping me up to date with any offers that went over mine. Stay well away they are the crookest in the business.

  Abysmal from the start. We saw a house and wanted to view. Was told need to see their mortgage advisor first. I called the agents who were selling my house who advised me this is not the case so I called back again explaining that we have a mortgage offer in principle then Pam said the vendor requests we get financially qualified via them (Bairstow Eves) I can't imagine a seller caring where the mortgage came from as long as the house was sold. Anyway I did what they asked and turned up to the appointment given only to be told we have no appointment! I had to show Pam proof of text and emails showing that we do have an appointment. She reluctantly took us to the property saying that she should not leave the office. We liked the house and put an offer in. Then the manager Andy began stating it's best to use their solicitors and mortgage, I thought here we go again. After stern words exchanged they left me alone to the point where Andy didn't even return my calls when I needed to get answers to my queries he just didn't get back to us at all. He was either in a meeting or out of the office. Thankfully Pam would always return my calls. Compared to the great service I received from Reed Rains this was shocking. Even on the completion day I waited for him to call me back....just as well I didn't hold my breath. And just to add, I got an email from them THREE days after we completed advising us to collect the keys. What a joke! THREE days after we'd moved in.

  Poor service after many attempts book a viewing on 25 hamstead hall avanue and when I manage got a viewing on the day no one show up to appointment, I call spoke to a guy name Andy, for the 3 time, and every time we spoke ragarding about the house and viewing and he have no info about me or my appointment, What kind of business you guy run I don't know I feel bad for the home owner who trying sell that house, obviously you guy have no interested in selling the house. P.s I will never used bairstow eves again, Also "Andy" should be remove from there, as he have no ideas what he doing there or even make an arrangement. Good luck Thuan Duong
