  Door staff have a very bad attitude and one decided to tell me my face looked like it had been hit by a bus! Another got agressive when I asked politely how long the wait would be. Surely their job is to protect people not throw insults around and intimidate young women!

  Absolutely discusting customer service. Having trying to book a special occasion for a birthday for over a week via text message and not receiving a response, i made a call to the buisness number on the website. I managed to get intouch with Lisa, who after i wanted clarfication regarding the quotes ended the call, but i recieved a text saying they had ‘no signal’ but was able to text? I continued to phone the buisness number and was consistently getting cut off, so i continued to keep ringing. After 39 calls on private number someone finally answered. I asked to speak to the manager which i was told “the manager doesnt want to speak to you” i asked for the ladies name who as Ami, but told me it was Amina?.. She lied to me in several occasions stating she was a manager, although she told me the manager wouldnt speak to me? Ami then went on to tell me her employment history, and explain that it wasnt a call centre. I explained to Ami I was aware of this, and as a customer i have a right to ask to speak to the manager. As soon as i explained the call was being recorded, again Ami continued to be even more rude and didnt like that the call was being recorded. She then begain to explain how i was ‘harrassing someones personal phone’ to which i expressed my confusion as it is the buisness number on the website. All i wanted from a professional buisness was for professionalism and a response which didnt happen, and now a company that would have quite easily made £500 from our group has now lost custom, to which ‘they didnt care’?! I have never been so discusted with the level of customer service of this company.

  When you purchase a table with 2 bottles of spirit, you expect to be treated with some dignity and respect. The service was absolutely shocking. There was no VIP treatment whatsoever. Waitresses just stand behind the bar chatting on, while you're Forced to go there to order more mixers. No acknowledgement of our existence. I've never felt like a night was a complete waste of time and money until I visited this place last night. 1 of the members of our group was kicked out of the club for no reason, and no reason given despite the fact that we were in a 'VIP section', which was dead anyway. It's safe to say I will never return to this place and if you're reading this, don't ever go here. Absolutely effin woeful! Music was turd to top it all off n'all.

  This club is disgustingly racist and is the definition of the word racism. The worse club I have been to in my whole existence. When me and my friends got there the security guards were very arrogant and showed no sign of sympathy to the fact that we already had our tickets and also on the guest list. The security guard attending to us refused to let 3 of my male friends in as he claimed that there were too many boys already, while we were politely begging him to let them in, the other security guard on the other hand were letting other guys in the club....I quickly noticed that all of them were all white.....this clearly means if u are anything but white u would POSSIBLY not get in! As well all couldn't get in I politely asked if we could get our money back but that was also REFUSED. The workers were disrespectful, ignorant and shocking racist...specifically targets the black community( mainly black men) In this day and age it is very sad to know that racism still exists to this extent. The range of discriminatory abuse seen in the review should be enough to take formal and legal actions against this club!
