  Whilst this is a new store for B&O and a new store to Sevenoaks I was very impressed with the level of knowledge, friendliness and the level of service offered by the staff. As well as supplying a full range of products they are highly skilled in setting up and integrating with my other devices. I would highly recommend a visit

  Appalling. Staff are not trained and they have no interest or knowledge about integrating my existing B&O system. The manager just sat their making a personal phone call whilst watching his salesman struggle to answer my questions.
