  Staff absolutely unhelpful, and rude to customers. We bought an expensive speaker system, which we were misrepresented to by the store staff, who said it will work wirelessly with the system we have at home. It didn't and we had to buy new parts and additional parts from B&O of course to resolve this. In particular a salesman named Jonathan who always behaved incredibly disrespectfully and rudely towards me personally for some i apparent reason. Truly appalling service experience. As good as B&O products are supposed to be, there are many companies on the market which are as good and won't put you through a hellish customer service experience like this store will.

  Terrible sales and management people who had no interest in serving customer who want to send money on their products. Popped into the luxurious Knightsbridge store and we had a looked around, stand around awkwardly waiting to be served...even tried to approach them but was chatting amongst them selves in interested............. Tell them to get a new job if they have no interest in serving customer trying to buy their expensive products. Terrible people who are absolute trash!
