  Got really superb service today at Banhams on Kensington high st. I have a safe that hadn’t been used for a long time and the assistant ( “Kosovo”) carefully explained how to get into my safe and even printed out the relevant pages from the handbook. Brilliant !!

  Speed and quality is what I have experienced. Thanks to Joshua he took my order of 16 flats totalled approx 40 plus keys and did it it under an hour while I grabbed a quick bite in Nandos next door.

  If google had zero ratings I would have chosen that. The staff at the Kensington showroom are utterly useless. I've had to visit there a few times and none of them seem to know what they are doing. If it's not keys being cut incorrectly it's rude, abbrasive staff barking rules about key registration to which none of them can agree too. I've witnessed some of them huddled around looking at the same piece of paper all looking completely confused to what they should do. It certainly feels like Banham have decided to employ non customer friendly employees who are very happy to loudly argue with you and not understand that customer service is about creating a connection with its patrons and not burning bridges. I've read a few other reviews here and I am now convinced most of the positive ones are posted by Banham themselves or the staff get friends to do it as I don't know anyone who has had a good experience at this showroom. Banham need to start recruiting a better calibre of showroom staff rather then individuals who seem to like getting angry and are more accustomed to working behind a pub bar. AVOID AVOID VOID!

  This place is the quickest i have had to cut 48 keys for a total of 16 apartments in Vauxhall bridge and the team was professional, Joshva who took the order & Cut the keys in under an hour (while i had a late Lunch at Nandos next door) was amazing. this is after the fact that is was already busy with other customers. Thank you once again. for the quick & great service. Hanoz

  I have to give them one star because the products work. However I've been to them about 6 times over the last few years & the staff attitude and behaviour to customers is invariably appalling. They don't give refunds even when they have told you which key to cut for which door and it turns out to be wrong. They don't give refunds even if they have cut the key wrong. Yes, its your fault - and they'll tell you that as rudely as possible. You can provide as many pieces of legally certified evidence as you want but if they can refuse they will. Eg they say a client signature doesn't match a passport signature even when it matches a 2nd form of valid id. And they won't be nice and explain it, they'll be offended and aggressive when they tell you. There are equally good alternatives out there. So save yourself time and money and go there instead.
