  Open literally no time I'm available. Left work a half hour early to discover they close at half four. No idea who this branch is for other than people who don't need to work.

  This is my local branch and I really have no complaints. Staff are kind, knowledgeable and always happy to help. Good branch.

  Opening a bank account here was a lovely experience. Watched a video, signed some forms and met with the bank manager. Everyone here is super smiley and friendly and that goes a very long way when you are new to the country.

  The worst Bank of Scotland branch I have ever been into surly service no greeting or manners staff are miserable and not interested in giving good customer service. They ask you what you are looking to do and walk away leaving you waiting a disgrace considering the bank was bailed out with public money.
