  Very clean. Very adapting for my husband who is in a wheelchair. We both enjoyed our massages

  Very disappointed went to visit with a friend as a Spa customer, sadly the café was not open for food. We had to pay for robes and flip flops on top of the price paid by my children as a gift. The pool area and the Jacuzzi was a bit smelly (sewage!!) so we didn't stay there for long. We did have a nice massage, but beyond that the facilities were very dire. I used to be a member here and often think about re-joining but this experience has well and truly put me off. We visited at 6.p.m. on a Friday.

  Dirty facilities and unhelpful team. Only giving one star as the lady that done my massage was good and nice. A Spa day should be relaxing, do not understand why we have to pay £6 for a towel and dressing gown. OK we have got a bag and flip flops but would have preferred to have my money back!

  The spa treatment was amazing but everything else very poor. The staff very unenthusiastic everything seemed an effort!!! The cafe was dirty. 6 tables were dirty and stayed that way for well over a hour. The toilets were dirty with no toilet rolls. Very disappointed with the whole experience and we travelled quite a way!! Such a shame. The amount it cost it should of been a whole lot better.

  Had a very lovely day with my mum for Mothers day, the girls who gave us a massage were lovely. Everyone we spoke with on the day were lovely, even the lady I made the booking with was so helpful. I attended here a year ago and the changing rooms did need a refit, I was pleased to find when I returned yesterday this had happened and it was much better. It is a lovely place and I would definitely go again.
