  Really lovely staff and friendly members. But is completely let down by the air con never working and disgusting showers/changing rooms.

  Started to train here on a regular basis. Good facilities including a pool and sauna. Never seems to be over crowded which is good. Friendly members of staff and free parking. Recommended if you live locally.

  A really nice and clean gym. I go to this gym in the mornings and you are always greeted with hello or good morning and goodbye have a nice day upon entering/leaving by the friendly staff. The gym is clean and well maintained. All the staff are kind and friendly. Good variety of classes available.

  Recently modernised, but the pool/sauna/steam facilities were neglected. Changing rooms are dated and not in great shape.
