  Sometimes a long wait, but had a good experience after I closed my account. I needed previous bank statements and had forgot to grab them before I closed my account, went into store and a friendly advisor took me to the "Premium banking" area and went into the central Barclays system to retrieve them and gave them to me free of charge.

  Paid 850.00 cash in today and seems it hasn't gone into my account. Onot phone to telephone banking trying to contact branch who don't seem to want to answer. And telephone banking don't seem to understand why I'm getting upset

  Have always been able to get useful advice from someone, never ever had an issue with them or their customer service. Best people I've banked with.
