  Try to experience some real slowness? It’s the best place. Best spot to read some unfinished books as well.

  A complete mess up only 1 person working at the counter desk while over 12 people are waiting to get served. Disappointed.

  Made an appointment 4 weeks in advance, only to wait 35 minutes in the waiting room and be sent away due to a minor spelling error my university made on my application. Have ended up going with a different bank, and should've walked out on this appointment sooner. Horrific customer service.... felt as though they were trying to ruin my day and genuinely didn't want my business (as a foreigner? or a student? I have no idea), but they were absolute a-holes.

  9:30 - 16:30 Opening hours are pathetic, lunchtime (12:00 - 14:00) always rammed. Pointless Barclays store

  I actually found the experience really pleasant. I have been visiting the branch for some years and must admit that I have seen a real service improvement in last few months. I understand that branch opening time is 09.30 but very often I visited the branch before that and it was open to use machine (counters were still closed). The branch manager is also very active, I have seen him many times interacting with customers on the floor....maybe this is why the service has improved. Well Done and Keep it up.
