::For the sake of confidentiality I won't mention any names, but I'd just like to express my gratitude towards all of the staff who work here. I was having mobile banking issues and the lengths the staff here went to to help me out was amazing! Staying after the time they had to leave their shift is not in their job description but they went out of their way to help solve a simple issue of mine. Brilliant customer service, if you are a Barclays customer I recommend you go here!

::Worst bank ever, if I could give 0 I will! Staff have no knowledge and can help nothing, just walked around and getting to the upstairs, no on-floor staff for support or service the customers. The machines were always broken.

::The machine was broken and not return my money. Staff helped nothing and could say just "unfortunately but we could not find your money at the back of the machine"????? It was just £40, it's fine. Thank you for showing me that your bank is unreliable and I cannot trust to deposit my money with you. Decided to do business with Barclays no more as seen from other reviews that they got definitely the same problems as me.

::Don't trust the machine to deposit your money. Went to deposit the money by using the machine. When its shown the transaction has been cancelled and did not return my money. I went to talk with their staff immediately, she said it was fine the money will be deposited to your bank account. However, the money was lost and I got just £10 back and staff can help nothing. They just said unfortunately they could not check for the rest of money. Their customer service on their website even getting worse. Just ask to talk to the branch directly but they don't understand that Leeds Albion branch can help nothing. I cannot trust this kind of institution to leave my money with them. The worst bank ever!!!

::I am far from being a technophobe and welcome automation where appropriate but in this branch's case, they've got it totally wrong. If you need to do something that the machines can't do or they are broken, you are left with only two counters and a wait of 20m. The staff were quite brisk. I would understand that maybe they were a bit overwhelmed by having to deal with all these customers who couldn't use the machines, but I was ignored whilst they just talked to eachother. Also, as of November, this branch has reduced opening hours for 'staff training'. If so many staff have been replaced by machines, how do they need more time for training??
