  A very busy branch, but the staff are friendly and knowledgeable and have a very positive and pragmatic attitude. This branch shows what real people can do above the services of a faceless Internet access, and is worth the wait.

  If you don't want to wait to get served by a member of the very helpful friendly staff there is a kiosk to get statements, a drop off point for envelopes and a machine you can pay in cash and cheques and get out up to £2000.00 in whatever denominations you want. You can also do transfers and pay people on it. Also get a picture of cheque if you pay one in. People just need to use these things instead of queuing to pay in 1 cheque or a few pounds. The staff always serve me very well and it's lovely to talk to them but if I'm in a hurry I'll use the self service. Thanks for 5*service

  Terrible, always queues out the door. They should have a quick window as most people just want to pay money in our pay a bill. It's nothing to wait for up to 45 minutes with only a few people in front of you, have to wait at least 20 minutes to get to a counter.

  Always a really long que.. Really short staffed .. Never have every desk open !!
