    Waste of time! HUGE waste of time! I don't know why they bother to have automated machines because half the time they are not working. During lunch and evening rush hour they only have 3 tellers working and the 2 in front just keep running around without actually getting anything done. Went in to print one bank statement and spent over an hour in there! Ridiculous!!!!

    Decent branch but not impressed with the company. You can't pay in without using a bank card. Daft! I don't bank with them. My wife has had to move to a different bank just so I can transfer money to her.

    The service in this brand is bad especially the woman manager! I went to this bank to stamp the statement. She stamped the wrong date for me. I wanted to get another new one, she rejected my requirement and even did not allow other staffs stamp the statement for me!! I can't get what I want from this branch even the basic bank things. Then I went to another branch near one park and got the statement I want. It was not my fault!!It wasted me a lot time to wait for her to stamp another one for me, she just ignored. I was angry about the service. That is why I go to another one from that.

    On each visit to this particular branch of Barclays Bank I have found the staff to be polite and helpful. On occasion where I have needed to see a member of staff situated upstairs, I have been greeted by somebody as soon as I get there who asked what my needs were, they then took some details and passed them on to one of their colleagues who called me within 5 to 10 minutes. I find the staff to be efficient and usually deal with any issues quickly.

    Worst customer service. Have to wait in a long line for the counter service, only two staff working. Very inefficient.
