::Explained precisely how I wanted my fox terrier to be groomed ahead of the appointment and when I took him in, complete with photographs.. Explicitly stated for Freddy to be groomed to the breed which was acknowledged and confirmed. Two hours later I collect him.. no sign of groomer and he has been shampooed and cut the same length all over.. for which I was charged £49. No explanation. No apology. No repeat business from me for sure... unprofessional overpriced and incompetent. No wonder this place is always empty.. !
