  Great experience buying a used car. Staff were very helpful and managed to get it to all sorted the same day and also picked me up from the train station! Very grateful and pleased with my new car.

  Over the last 5 years I've bought two cars here and have them serviced here, too. The staff are always knowledgeable and polite. I was looking at buying a third vehicle but the particular salesman that I was dealing with put me off. Shame really.

  Without a doubt the worst customer service from any car dealer I've come across in 25 years of being in the motor trade. Was happily told by the general manager "that it wasn't really worth working with the trade" as they "make more money out of retail customers". So, as a potential retail customer I'd find a cheaper Nissan dealer to buy your car from, as you are clearly a cash-cow for Barnard & Brough.
