My room was lovely and very comfortable. My welcome was friendly and genuine. The price was very good value for money and I would recommend this hotel.

Disgusting... Horrible... DO NOT STAY HERE I booked this hotel for my operatives to stay in for 4 nights and on arriving they were disgusted... there were dog hairs on the carpet, dirty cups, mold and damp on the wall and flies flying around the room, they refused to stay and I had to find alternative accommodation for them

Cheap and cheerful, although the rooms might have done with a bit more of a clean.

Last night me,my daughter and my parents stayed in this 'hotel' what a disgrace of a place! When we first arrived there was not one person at the property so we rang to find out what was going on. My dad sold to Pam who had gone home after apparently being there early to cook breakfast which is surprising as they do not serve breakfast. She agreed to come and let us in at 4pm but due to being stuck in traffic we didn't arrive until 4.20 pm.,however Pam rang me questioning where we were because she had been waiting for us since 4pm well sorry Pam but you could've used the extra 20 minutes to pick up a duster and given the rooms a quick once over, although this should've been done way before our arrival. The property is advertised as a B&B and bar... wrong! No bar, no breakfast, no staff... shocking! The rooms were appalling to say the least dirty, damp and unsafe with exposed wires all over the place. In the bedside drawer a used tissue that I don't even want to imagine what it was used for! I made my daughter a cup of tea and there were white bits floating in there, it was soap that was plastered inside the cup! I think Pam needs to spend more time employing some staff for the property starting with some industrial cleaners!!
