  I’ve been going for the past 2 months. Its hard work but fun. My best sessions are always with JayC. He plays the best music with his workouts! It feels like I am in a club dancing with sweat dripping off my body all the while I am having an amazing workout! Highly recommended!

  Very poor cancellation policy - a waitlist of over five people and they won't let me cancel my spot and re-allocate to other people waiting. Very inflexible on bookings in general - have seen much better customer service and booking policies from their competitors in central london
