  If only I had read other peoples reviews first, I would never have placed an order with them. I have never dealt with a company with no customer service what so ever. They don’t have clue and they lie! I ordered a shower tray, waste and riser form them and I was reassured that it would all fit. When my plumber went to install my shower he said that none of it fits. I called bathstore and told them of the problem and they told me to email over pictures and this email would be dealt with by the manager. The next day I heard nothing so I call bathstore and was told that the email had been sent to their technical team and they would call me the next day. They never called so I sent another email to bathstore’s customer service and copied the branch in. No reply! I went in to the shop and was told that there was nothing they could do as they were short staffed. The day after that I got a call from the shop saying that there was nothing they could do and informed me of my legal rights! Be warned there is NO technical team or customer service! Because of this I am left without a shower until my plumber can find the time to come back and am out of pocket! Will never use again!

  Apparently Lifetime means lifetime expectancy of the product, been told this is 5 years for their furniture! Beware!

  Bought My Plan Mini WC unit Cistern & mini basin in October 2017. Toilet paper will not flush away without flushing several times. Have been in the store nearly every week, have emailed them too, have provided numerous photo's that they wanted and still requesting more, the staff say they want to resolve this, however I am sick and tired of constantly going in telephoning them and emailing them, now February 2018 went in to see the Manager again to be told they will be onto their technical team again and will call us, no call, still no word. Looking at taking them to fair trading standards and getting legal action as the toilet system is not fit for purpose. My plumber has been in twice now and charged me he says this is the worst design he has seen and fitted. Anyone else had the same problem and got this issue resolved, I would love to know.

  Good clean store, lovely displays and helpful and not pushy staff.
