  My husband and I didn't get as far as an initial consultation - we spent an hour sitting in the Clifton store this afternoon waiting to speak to someone, and the two people working there didn't even look up from their computers to acknowledge our existence - even when the customers they were dealing with went off to look at something! Terrible customer service - will not be recommending.

  Below average service. Sent me a bathroom suite, incorrect bath panel and missing bath feet. Delivery also a bit hopeless. Took serious escalation at customer services to get it delivered and even then it was over a week later than expected. Try and order subsequent parts and they didn't answer their phone, another branch even tried to contact them and failed so used a different branch to order.. I wouldn't be recommending bathstore to anyone who want a new bathroom.
