  DO NOT USE BATH STORE!!! Listen to these reviews I made a big mistake and thought it wouldn't happen to me and it did!! Paid for 2 new bathrooms and never got all the items I paid for. Then was told they wouldn't have stock for a few months and at this point work had already been started so I needed it now! Its cost me a lot more trying to finish this project and a lot of headache. Even now almost 3 months later I'm still trying to get a response from bathstore and haven't had any response at all!! Go somewhere else anywhere else but here.

  Although the person who handled my order at this branch was lovely and professional, my overall experience has been very disappointing. No one answers the phone or responds to emails when you call to report a faulty item. I'll most likely have to resort to buying faulty item again, at a higher price and pay for delivery (a third of the price of the item). If I ever do another bathroom project, I will not use bathstore.

  Awful service. Three blokes sat behind the counter didn’t welcome us or bother to get off their arses to show us around the store. When we did speak they were very blunt and obviously couldn’t care less about their customers.

  Waste of time. Identified bathroom we were interested in. Shop refused to send someone out to design and quote unless we committed to getting work done within a month! Rubbish service so will go elsewhere.

  I note there are a lot of negative reviews here. Personally, my experience was positive and the bathroom was delivered and installed on time. I did use their own installer even though more expensive.
