::The initial consultation, design and in-store service were great. But once they have your money everything changes. Delivery was appalling, with argumentative and overdramatic driver who refused to take our goods to the first floor, wanting to dump them all in the garage (despite bathstore stating they will deliver to a room of your choice, up to second floor level). My wife ended up having to "help" carry goods, despite two delivery men being present. Bathstore have passed the buck to the delivery company and refusing to take any responsibility or offering any refund on the £50 delivery charge. Items in the order were also wrong, and some were missing completely (unnoticed until fitting). They give a seven day window to exchange faulty/wrong goods (although, in law under the Consumer Goods Act 2015, this is 30 days). They have exchanged the wrong goods, to their credit, but want to charge us again for items that weren't delivered. Am having to claim back money through credit card company, as they have not responded to my complaint. I will never, ever use them again, or recommend them. Go elsewhere to one of the many other companies for the same products, hopefully with better service. Their loss as still have another bathroom and en-suite to refurbish. Do not trust this company, appalling customer service. If you do use them, make sure you pay with credit card, so at least you have some financial protection and might be able to get your money back when they don't deliver.

::******* WORTHLESS GUARANTEE ****** I Purchased a "Traymate Products Limited" shower tray (size 1200mm x 760mm) from the "The Bathstore Ltd" Plymouth within 3 days the tray developed a leak via a crack around the waste outlet. "Traymate Products Limited" and "The Bathstore" response was, I over tightened the waste outlet screws and cracked the tray. The waste outlet is made of plastic and the tray is made of stone resin. "Tratmate Products Limited", I believe there products to be of Poor Quality, Bad Design and not fit for purpose. "Traymate Products Limited" and "The Bathstore" have told me they will not honour the "life time guarantee". Their guarantee is not worth the paper it's writen on.
