  Staff here are amazing, helped me out tremendously with my bathroom and En-suite. Best decision I made was to go here. Great product, knowledgeable staff.

  I bought a savoy toilet with close coupled cistern with flush handle. When the seat was fitted it became clear that there was a design flaw, the lid rested on the handle. The lid will wear at that point and it is impossible to flush the toilet with the lid up. Hannah at the Bathstore in Nottingham doesn't consider this to be a flaw that deserves refund or replacement. I am also on my 3rd sink with manufacturing defects awaiting the 4th, hopefully that will be the end of my shopping hell with the Bathstore. Avoid the shop at all costs, the large showroom is in no way reflective of a quality product.
