  visited this bathstore, arranged a home visit, on the morning of the visit they rang to cancel the visit siting staff shortages, they promised to ring back to re arranged, I asked if they were just letting us down lightly and did not want to visit, they said that was not the case, but guess what they never rang to re arrange an appointment, just keep this in mind when you visit them!!! Not even worth one star!
