  Not very good experience! deliveries were messed up. Can't get hold of anyone at the store. Then when you phone their customer service line it cuts out on you!

  Can't tell much about products but yes administration in the branch is pathetic delivered all items on wrong address 😡

  Our experience of the bathstore so far has been appalling - I would not recommend them to my worst enemy!! They have failed on every aspect of our installation and we don't even have the bathroom fitted yet, so god only knows how bad things will get once the actual fitting is started! DO NOT EVER USE THE BATHSTORE!!!! If I could put a negative star in I would!

  Nice display and selection. Pity they don't keep any stock, so when we went in to purchase fittings needed for the day they lost out on business.
