  I have to say Bay View Lodge is one of the best nursing homes that I have come across. The moment you walk through the door you instantly get that warm, homely feeling. It was important to us as a family to know that nan would feel welcomed, comfortable, at ease, not scared and also have all her complex needs met and I can hand on heart say without a doubt Bay View Lodge was able to provide all. The staff are all very welcoming & polite. Every member of staff went above and beyond to ensure that all possible was done for residents (including my nan). Even us as family/visitors were made to feel at home . The staff were always caring, compassionate and empathetic when it came to caring for my nan. Thank you all so much for all you done. X
