  Doesn't even deserve the star a bunch of crooks who lie and mis sell at ever opportunity, no loyalty to long standing customers, most cars are problems, don't trust the AA reports they've been carried out by a BCA employee and aren't worth the paper they're written on, they nearly never honour the supposed guarantee and are just another trick in the bag to mislead customers. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

  BCA collude with finance companies to rip off people returning PCP cars, just had an immaculate 4 year old ***** car collected with the minimal marks etc. They sent a bill for £(000) which under consumer rights they have no legal right to issue. They use there own definition of reasonable wear and tear which defy any logical limits. This is a corporation design to extract money from individuals. The man who came to inspect the vehicle acted like a bailiff on bad day rude, arrogant and ignorant (or pretended to be) of consumer rights.

  Excellent branch overall great service Paul at the front counter is a credit to the company always goes the extra mile to help out. Generally a good place to go with money to be made. Auctioneers are friendly and so are the staff.

  Terrible experience...!!!!!!!! 5 WEEKS ON AND STILL NOT REFUNDED ME After returning my car within 10 minutes of buying it only to find faults contradicting their assured AA report which incidentally showed everything was OK.. The car displayed an Engine Stop Light alongside other warning light BCA Claimed there was no Fault.. THEY TRIED INITIALLY FOBBING ME OFF CLAIMING STOP LIGHT RELATES TO POSSIBLE BRAKE BULB FAILURE WHICH IS TOTTALY LUDICROUS AFTER FIAT CONFIRMED IT IS A ENGINE STOP LIGHT.. After several phone calls they finally admitted there was a problem. BCA Bellvue have still not refunded me the three and a half thousand pounds I payed for my car after 5 WEEKS OF FAILED INTERVENTION This casts serious doubt on the Validity of the mechanical reports BCA provide of which is an additional cost separate to the vehicles they sell.. NOW PERSUING THE RECOVERY OF MY £3500 THROUGH LEGAL CHANNELS

  BEWARE!! Expect VERY HIGH Fees at robbery level! They will squeeze you on every possible way in form of different made-up fees under their so called T&C's. At present, they are even demanding £4 for black & white copied of their day sale list /sale catalogue! Very fast to get your money and VERY incompetent & SUPER SLOW to process refunds. I bid on a car on Tuesday and they took £2000 out of my account immediately for a provisional bid. Today is Friday and they still haven't refunded despite promises. It seems there's tendencies to keep the funds the longest they can. Buying privately is more safe with less risk really
