  After ordering a blazer for my kid on 2nd June 2017 and it never arriving I went in today to ask where it was (19th Sept 2017, the schools been back for weeks now) and got the usual "it's not our fault" (which I sympathize with) However, after asking to cancel the order and get my deposit back I got the response "deposits are non-refundable" - erm... what??? There is no blazer and I want my money back... the 'manager' got a look from the sales assistant (who both looked totally miserable btw) - and the 'manager' then said to sales assistant "oh just do it.." obviously to avoid any drama/conflict - so BEWARE buyers - DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE even when your item does not turn up - which is actually theft - the 'contract' I had with the shop was not fulfilled on their part (due to the suppliers defaulting) but they wanted to keep my money.... bad customer service, an awful attitude.. I got a tenner back (to avoid conflict I may add) and my kid has no blazer for school.. great??? I did and still do sympathize with the shop staff but this could have been handled a lot better - and the reluctance to help/give deposit back has seriously put me off this shop and company - and I am not alone... very poor service and 'theft' is unforgiveable - I wonder how many other families out there have lost money on their kids schoolwear but didnt have the courage to answer back?
