  If you call to reschedule an appointment, they don't cancel the original appointment, then accuse you of missing that appointment, even though it was cancelled and rescheduled (and you attended the appointment). And they send you a nasty letter, when they are in fact at fault and incompetent.

  Always had good experiences. Doctors are professional and staff friendly.

  Can't believe how rude they are at reception. Every time I call they are so unfriendly and make life very difficult.

  Dr. Ingrid Sepp is literally my favourite doctor of all time. So kind, approachable, knowledgeable, and professional. I can't speak to any other staff at this facility, but she is an amazing.

  I arranged a phone appointment today to discuss some of my fever like symptoms with my doctor as I was not currently in Edinburgh and able to go into the surgery. After listening to my symptoms he simply said that he couldn't help me but that I might have leukemia or HIV!!! Very reassuring! Absolutely unprofessional, he made me feel like I was wasting his time and that I was keeping him from telling lots of other people that they had potentially life threatening illnesses without even taking the time to listen to what the patient was saying or asking any questions. I would not reccommend
