  The main thing about this surgery is you are told when you speak to reception to call at 8am cause that is when appointments are released. But when you phone the surgery at 8 to book an appointment the phone is ringing out you get no answer then when u do literally in 5 minutes of u being on hold appointments are gone. I was very ill over Xmas with the flu bug that was going around I couldn't get through to the surgery at all. I now use boots NHS walk in as I have had enough. Please fix this problem or bellevue medical centre will loose most of it patients.

  Reception staff are extremely rude and unhelpful. Service from doctors themselves was good but had to wait over 1.5 hours to be seen because the receptionist forgot to sign me in

  If you try to call to book an appointment you can never get through. They forgot to send off my urine specimen so I was ill even longer and had to come in personally to chase it up as they didn't call. The doctor was flippant and gave me the wrong anti biotics and had no empathy for other aspects we discussed. The staff on reception are rude, slow and they are very unprofessional.

  They lost my registration application. All the documents with my personal and sensitive details on are unaccounted for. It took 13 phone calls and two months later to finally get someone competent enough to look (without hanging up after putting me on hold) and admit that they had lost it. Very disappointing and unprofessional.

  As having receptionist experience in the past myself I think it’s terribly horrific how they treat people here including myself the two black women that work as a receptionist are very rude , unprofessional and it’s very clear to see. I have been accused for not attending an appointment that I clearly never booked due to system error I received a letter to say that they would be removing me from the medical centre as I did not attend the appointment, I did not get a apology from this. They really do need new receptionist here that do the job properly and professionally.
