  Had early dinner here for Mother's Day. Although they didn't have kids menus they did offer kids portions when asked. 30 minutes after ordering we were informed that they had forgot to place our order, but were very apologetic and gave us free bread and olives. Food was brought out, but my daughters meal was brought last to much tears. Finally on getting the bill discovered a 12.5% surcharge had been added which I thought was inappropriate given the service (at least we should have been able to choose). Despite all this food was very good. Not sure we'd go again given the other choices in Blackheath.

  It was a fantastic evening with a close friend. The food was to die for. I had the Carbonara and it was so creamy and the perfect portion size. For dessert I had the profiteroles and again it was so tasty and not too much. The staff as well were polite and attentive. I would recommend any one looking for a good Italian meal to give it a go. I would go more often but I do not live locally.

  Extremely disappointing. Has the illusion of a little family run, traditional Italian however it is probably the most tasteless Italian food I’ve ever been served. The waiters were attentive and their services cannot really be faulted: they seemed to be Italian themselves so we were surprised by calibre food being served. Why aren’t they tasting the food? Everyone agreed that the food was very bland and tasteless, and the portion sizes were on the small side (probably fortunate in this case). I recommend that the chef takes a trip to a few Italian restaurants restaurants to see how it should be done. Really, really quite terrible.

  Thomas and his team looked after us very well! We had a meal for 20 of us the night before our wedding and it was great! The food and service was outstanding! Can't recommend highly enough. Thank you! Sharlene and Rob
